From the booking process to saying goodbye when we checked out - great experience!!! Clean rooms. Excellent communication and customer service! The breakfasts—— Amazing variety and always got!!! The service I wish I could go higher than 5 especially. They prioritize the guest and it left me surprised. I stayed here for an extended period last year and the staff was beyond any expectation you would have for hospitality in all that time. Nice facility and had everything I needed. Wish the hot tub was working more consistently, entering the front by car is only through a single one way street on a busy road so it can be tricky and that breakfast could use a little more variety. The pool area and even inside the room aesthetically looked the way in the pictures for the most part. I would not hesitate booking this place again if I didn't live in the area now
I stay last night at La Quinn for higher rate and worse hotel, couldn't even eat breakfast or drink coffee was nasty( but ate waffles it was ok). This night I'm staying at Best Western plus, cheaper & much better ! HAPPY FOR MY CHOOSE, Plus Chick-fil-A next building, in and out across the street, home depot here and more stuff. My experience is great Thank you May Lord Bless your life
We are a group of 9 from Canada/UK and stayed at Best Western Plus in Manteca a couple of weeks ago. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: the rooms were spacious, clean, the staff were friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was good for a budget hotel. We would like to thank Rajiv (front desk) as he looked after us and dealt with queries promptly - we hope you enjoyed the ladoo :)
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel on a trip to Seattle. The room was very reasonably priced and I got a free upgrade to a very large suite with two queen beds. Everything was comfortable and clean. Safety is important to me and everything felt safe and secure. The shining star of the property was Mr. Rajiv B. at the front desk. He was very gracious, cordial, professional, and very hard working. During the night shift, I saw him walking the property to ensure everything was safe, in order and nobody was hanging around who didn't belong there. Then the next day he was greeting guests at breakfast. Overall for the price paid, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
This hotel is great right off the freeway.Easy access lots of parking , great customer service.. The breakfast is amazing.It starts at six o'clock.. Fresh and hot.. The cook does a fantastic job.Thank you guys.. Like, I said, easy access from the freeway, get off and on on your way.Lots of restaurants around Starbucks.Anything you like is here around the area.. great employees..
Affordable and well kept. Nice rooms, they just need higher quality toilet paper or bidets. Spa was great! Breakfast room is huge, well served, and clean. Parking is great for cars like mine that broke down and needed to wait for towing during the winter storm. Thanks again! I will come again if I'm around town. Raj and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Had a very good stay front desk was especially considerate about all my needs. The gentleman work in the front desk was especially kind to me. I have been here before, and he has always Treated me with Atmos respect I’ll stay here again.
